The largest voluntary organisation!
Girlguiding Cleveland is a part of Girlguiding, the country’s largest voluntary organisation for girls and young women. Girlguiding Cleveland is a vibrant organisation with over 3000 members aged from five years upwards.
Our aim is to provide the best guiding and life opportunities for all of our members. Whilst preserving the values of Girlguiding we ensure we remain topical and relevant to the needs of the girls today.
Opportunities and Challenges
Guiding enables our members to discover, fulfil and often to exceed their potential. A wide range of exciting and sometimes challenging activities offer opportunities to experience things they may not otherwise have chance to do.
Our programme is designed to enable girls and young women to make a positive contribution to their community and make a difference in the world.
We give girls a voice in the modern world, listen to their views and provide fun and friendship along the way.
Our adult volunteers go the extra mile and truly meet our aim of putting 'girls in the lead' while in a safe environment.
If you’re already a volunteer with Girlguiding Cleveland then please allow us to thank you for all that you do for our girls. Many guiding opportunities wouldn’t happen without very special people like you.
