Rainbows

Rainbows, aged 5 to 7, are our youngest members. They follow a programme which is packed full of creative and exciting activities.

Rainbows develop self-confidence, build friendships and learn new things in a fun-filled setting.

Girls get their hands dirty with arts and crafts, try out cooking and play games. All the time the emphasis is on learning by doing. Find out more about Rainbows

Helping hands always welcome!

Join more than 100,000 volunteers and supporters who make a real difference to the experiences that we offer to girls and young women.

When you volunteer for us, you become an inspiring role model for our young members. When you donate to us, you make an investment in the future of all girls. When you fundraise for us, you make what we do possible. Or you can get involved by adding your voice to our campaigns.

Join our amazing team of volunteers. Whether you have lots of time or very little time to spare, you will be most welcome. You'll also increase your 'people' skills!
